League of Legends Hecarim and Varus Abilities Revealed

Everyones itching to try the new champions Hecarim and Varus but Ryan and Matt over at AUNonline got to test the new champions at PAX East 2012.

Here are their moves so you can get an idea of which one to buy next.

Varus' Abilities:

Living Vengence (Passive) – On kill or assist Varus temporarily gains attack speed for 6 seconds. Bonus is larger if enemy is a champion. (20% for minins and 40% for champions)

(Q) Piercing Arrow – Varus readies and then fires a powerful shot that gains extra range and damage the longer he spends preparing a fire (This move opens up an area of attack the longer it’s held down.The damage is reduced 15% per enemy hit maximum 33%. Varus is also 20% slower while charging)

(W) Blighted Quiver - (Passive) Varus’basic attacks deal bonus magic damage and apply Blight. Varus’ other abilities detonate Blight dealing magic damage based on targets maximum health

(E) Hail of Arrows – Fires a hail of arrows that deal damage and dececrate the ground. Dececrated ground slows enemies movement speed and reduce their healing and regeneration

(R) Chain of Corruption – Varus flings out a tendril of corruption that immobilizes the first enemy champion hit and then spreads toward nearby uninfected champions immobilizing them on contact

Hecarim's Abilities:

Warpath (Passive) Hecarim ignores unit collision and gains attack damage equal to a percentage of his bonus movement speed.

(Q) Rampage – Hecarim cleaves nearby enemies dealing physical damage.

(W) Spirit of Dread – Hecarim deals magic damage to nearby enemies for a short duration. Hecarim gains health equal to a percentage of any damage those enemies suffer.

(E) Devastating Charge – Hecarim gains increasing movement speed for a short duration. His next attack knocks the target back and deals additional physical damage based on the distance he has traveled since activating the ability.

(R) Onslaught of Shadows (Ultimate) – Hecarim summons spectral riders and charges forward, dealing magic damage in a line. Hecarim creates a shockwave when he finishes his charge dealing additional magic damage to nearby enemies causing them to flee in terror.
